Comments: I am the mother of a child who has a narcissist father, but the courts will not listen to the severe abuse I or anyone else in my shoes suffer. The abuse and admission to stalking is even in writing by my ex, but they will not protect us.

Comments: This is a very important issue. Each case needs to be viewed as its "own", because the details and circumstances are different in each case.

Comments: As a mother who lost my son in a custody battle, I am appalled by how my case was handled as well as so many thousands more on a daily basis. My ex husband was abusive (and still is in a mental way) to me and so I left to go to a women's shelter. Guess what? He turned the case around on me and blamed ME for family violence and it was the judge or punished ME and not my ex. It has been four years but I am always walking on eggshells for fear of losing my son even more. I am non-custodial, pay child support and am treated as a deadbeat parent. Here's my background. I am from a very respected community, went to a fine school, attended college and have a great family. I did not come from a broken home (my parents are still married) and I am passionate about being a mother. It all boiled down to money in the end and I lost because I didn't have enought but my ex's father DID. So, why is it that whoever has the biggest wallet always wins and not what is right or wrong? Four years later, still walking on eggshells, becoming a victim of PAS and Munchasen disorder. Something is not right here.

Comments: giving a voice to children~born/unborn~is something we all should consider. Even an uneducated child knows who is better for them when asked, they know love and they understand pain.
