Tell Florida legislators how Family Court needs oversight. I am being abused. I cannot afford an attorney and I can not be heard by a judge. I have filed a motion to protect my home, for fraud and I am treated as if I am wasting the court's time. Ask legislators to create an oversight committee of lawyers who will conduct case reviews of cases that are not settled in Family Court. Ask for an oversight committee for lawyers and Judges who are citizens and not connected with the legal system.
