It is time for all the falsely accused persons to stand up! There needs to be consequences for people that falsely accuse someone of a crime, not just a smack on the hand. It is motivated by greed, jealousy and hate. I propose below:

1. If you accuse someone of rape/murder and its not true, then you are called out by the media and charged with a felony and will serve the same amount of time the "accused" did and an additional 6 months. If you have done this more than once then its a year for each offense. No reduction or time off for good behaivor.

2. If you are currently in a divorce and you accuse your spouse of child molestation that later is deemed false, you should loose custody of your children for 5 years manditory.

Are these harsh? Yes they are! The life of the "accused" is NEVER the same after an allegation of a crime they didnt commit. If there are children involved they will NEVER be the same! There HAS to be stronger punishments for this ever growing crime of hate! You may not agree with this petition, I pray that you dont come back in a year and tell me that you wish you would have signed it, because you daughter accused you of rape during your divorce. Lesson learned......
