My ex has filed 2 FALSE EX PARTE ORDERS and an amended 1 that is worse than all the lies she has told under OATH.She like many others has learned to use and manipulate the system to where it does not just effect me but all of society and thats a clear case of OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE.The COURTS and JUDGES base cases on what they call a precautionary principle{to be better safe than sorry} The COURTS, JUDGES and the PETITIONER can violate your 2nd, 5th and 14th constitutional rights and call it LEGAL and DUE PROCEDURAL PROCESS meaning little or no fairness for the respondant.I am currently speaking with law makers and law firms and a network of grass roots to make it a FELONY to file an FALSE EX PARTE ORDER that results in RESTRAINIG ORDER ABUSE.This form of abuse should fall in the same category as SERIAL RAPIST and MURDERERS.It should be considered a violent crime..It destroys familys and it can take away everything that you have worked for not to mention sending an innocent person to jail or even worse prison all because someone has gotten mad, hurt or just wana get even.We as a society need to work together to change a bad policy into one that is fair for all people.
