Comments: Bad dac reports against drivers = More money for HireRight. Think about it, Like my boyfriend did, after these inaccurate and misleading reports put on ur dac, you all went out and put in 100 job applications all turning you down, each one of those applications was money in HireRights poicket, hence why they arent so concerned about changing misinformation. In short, the worse they can can get your dac report, the more money they can make off you

Comments: HireRight makes more money off a bad dac report than a good one, as someone with a bad dac report will fill out alot more job applications. This has to stop! HireRight is making money off destroying families, It is unethical, immoral, and makes me sick..It makes sense why They are so vague in their descriptions, and why disputes arent followed up on. It hurts their bottom line to report correct and descriptive information.

Comments: ther is a need for companies like this one to take drivers statement also and post with reason co. put on dac report also so the driver can explain his/her part of story and then let new co. decide based on both sides of what took place instead of one.why send somebody to gallows based on one prosecuter(comp. side) without listening to defendents(driver) side of it?

Comments: I am a victim of false DAC reporting by US XPRESS. I have a clean MVR and one minor accident in the past three years. They reported that I have a unsatisfactory safety record. They through in two bogus motorists complaints and tried to block my unemployment. The Tenn. Dept. of Labor didn't buy it. It's on my DAC. Nobody will hire me.

Comments: I have always worked for Owner Operators and in the Heavy Haul section of trucking thier are many rules a Driver must follow to protect his or herself from breaking the law . In many cases I have been ordered by my past employers to break laws of the DOT to save them money. Always refusing led to disagreements and my leaving the job. Two different employers lied on a dac report which has kept me from getting decent jobs with benefits, now i have no health insurance or retirement . DAC has been a actor in destroying the future of my wife and myself . They should not be allowed to report on anyone unless they have absolute proof it is true.

Comments: DAC is a reporting service that trucking co. use to report activity on the drivers. Its not a bad idea but its not really regulated and is being severely abused by employers to get even with employees for any disagreement. When the employee applies to another co. the pull the report and deny employment based on reporting by the previous employer that never had to be verified by the trucker and only verbally verified through the trucking company. An example is my uncle had worked with a Trucking C0. for 20 years and in that 20 years he has been in 13 accidents that ALL but 1 was not his fault. The on that was his fault was when he backed into a pole and caused $230 to the back of his own truck. NOW when he applies for a job they dont report the details of the accidents jut that there had been so many and the new company refuses to hire him. THIS OUTRAGES ME! Sign this to have to get an unbiased investigation so it can be regulated and employers dont abuse it to ruin the truckers lives!

Comments: It's important to reflect DAC reports properly. When I driver's report should show that accidents are NOT CHARGEABLE to that DRIVER, it should indicate that in big bold letters.

Comments: It's not right for truck companies to be able to blackball a driver through a reporting agency such as DAC. DAC needs to come up with a way for making sure trucking companies have to be honest about their reporting.
