Name: G. Eric Gaither on Jul 8, 2009Comments: DAC/USIS is not the only service available for Companies to report incidents to as there are many other such companies that compile information. DAC/USIS is just the most well known one and THE ONE for most of the discrepancies regarding why many of WE THE TRUCKERS get sidelined. This outfit is seemingly a very difficult company to deal with with regards to false information in our files/records AND this company when approached. They do not attempt to corroborate any info presented and simply take it at face value for they are simply an information transference agency and nothing else. Thank you for your time.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 8, 2009Comments: I was fired from my job as a company driver with Southern Refriferated Transport , where I was falsely accused of a hit and run by some other driver on the highway some where in New Mexico and Texas and was never given an appropriated representatrion to prove my innocence in the matter. I was asked to show photographic proof of any damages to the truck and trailer and I submited the evidence that there was no damage. They apparently took the word of the person that submitted the claim against me.Flag
