I have had to take any job I could get just to be able to continue to live and I have a family, child and wife that doesn’t work. It has been a nightmare because of this blackballing and retaliation. The good gainful employment I could have had has been continuously sabotaged since approximately the year 2000 all because of DAC services. I have even put in a letter of dispute in which they told me the company would have to remove its negative/false information after 15 days if the company didn’t respond. The company never responded, but nor would DAC services remove false/negative information as they said they would. They claimed that they attached my dispute to my DAC for employers to see when they requested information. This is an excellent move. We truckers need to come together to make changes in the trucking industry for the betterment of our careers. |
