Comments: I was a victim of this false reporting by way of SWIFT transportation. I was never called by anyone from DAC to inform me of this or to even ask my side of the story which should be done. A company can ruin us in a simple sentence and they keep making there Millions, we so called mess up were ruined paying out of our own pocket into the hundreds to clear our names from wrong doings. DAC should account for every report they take and not to take for granted what a company reports is actualy the truth just by company word alone.

Comments: The control trucking companies have over drivers because of these unfair DAC reporting practices is wrong. It ruins lives and can destroy families when trucking companies lie on reports. It is against the law to leave a dog in a vehicle in the summer, yet truckers will get negative DAC reports because they are physically unable to sit in sweltering summer temperatures. The inside of a truck can reach temperatures over 140 degrees! It is simply not possible at times to sit without idling for AC cooling. Please take the time to change these unfair DAC reporting practices. Truckers make America move, they deserve fair protection.

Comments: I have experienced 8 months of tremendous difficulty in finding employment. I am a victim of inaccurate and false reporting to DAC services. I cannot accomplish any communication with Celedon, as they refuse to help me correct their errors. Thank You.

Comments: I do not thank it is right that trucking companies use DAC report to hirt other people that work so very hard for a living and make money for them. These companies need to be investigated and held responsible for there actions and made to do the right thing.

Comments: I am fighting a false DAC now. At this time I can not get another tucking co. to hire me due to false report by Wener enterprises making false report to USIS. I went to a driving school sponsered by Werner at a cost of 6000.00 for three weeks to get my CDL, and am being badgered by aloan company for payment now.
