Everyday people who are arrested, about 75% of those people have been falsely arrested and are usually pressured by the police to confess to a crime they did not commit. Take for example the occupy Portland protesters. They were peacefully protesting when they were beaten down by the police and arrested for a false crime that they did not commit. The reason you ask? The police are just getting bored and are trying to find an y reason they can to arrest people.
