Comments: The hospital is not ready for Magnet if this is the way management treats their nurses. Making decisions that impact their practice without any input from them. Shame, shame, shame!

Comments: Upper management needs to be spend a day or two in the different clinical units to research and evaluate if white shoes are appropriate-perhaps they seem to forget that the nurses at the bedside are exposed to bodily fluids-- that when splattered on white shoes-well it doesn't end up looking all that "Professional"

Comments: ridiculous uniform policy, waste of healthcare professionals money, when I had just spent over one hundred dollars on November. Management wants us to change our uniforms, then we should get additional moneys, with what we get it is not eanough with no raises the last couple of years!!!!

Comments: The shoe options should include brown and black. These colors are more concealing of dirt while maintaining a professional appearance. White shoes are not practical in addition to the ghastly contrast of white shoes with certain colors of uniform. Gone are the days of nursing caps and white shoes.

Comments: I thought Jackson was one system. why are things different at Jackson North? We have only been at JN for 9months. We had to get new uniforms because they told us we had to wear purple. In less than a year we have to buy uniforms again. I really don't understand.
