| 1 | Joy Cobler | We've been waiting since 2004! |
| 2 | Sheri Myers | I am all for getting to the truth. |
| 3 | Paddy Shaffer | Jennifer Brunner and Marc Dann need to immediatly begin serious investigation into the theft of the 2004 election in Ohio, other election crimes, and start the legal prosecution of those individuals. A plan for transparency needs to be in place for the public to be able to view the progress, so we know that it is finally happening.
Today is September 11, 2007. In 111 days it will be 2008, this work must begin immediatly!
Sincerely Concerned,
Paddy Shaffer

| 4 | Stephen Caruso | Please make justice a priorty, otherwise there is no mercy shown to thiose who have infringed. |
| 5 | Adele Eisner | It's time to act from the fact that in the U.S., thus Ohio, it's the People who are the stakeholders/the owners of elections, not boards of elections nor their staffs, which are too often maintained through political patronage and means other than the proven meritorious conduct we their bosses deserve and demand; not any "experts" , commercial, academic or otherwise, chosen/hired and kept isolated by politicians, the political dynamic and (supposedly) elected officials; and certainly not the vendors of electronic voting systems.
As the owners, the bosses, we the People must be able to see what is occurring among our elections staffs - top to bottom; and we must be able to see that the leaders of those staffs - whom to date are circularly chosen/hired to those positions and maintained there by an out of date, proven non-trustworthy self-serving political dynamic, and ultimately by the very elections which now lie sorely and urgently at the heart of the deserved massive distrust - must demonstrate availability to input from the people; and that where laws are broken by those chosen, paid and bound to keep them for the people; and where election trust is not warranted, that there are negative consequences, and dramatic changes to assure that provable, consistent (not "trust-based" ) changes that are for the People are being clearly and swiftly introduced
Protected, isolated perches which continue and deepen the notion of the people being the "outsiders" of elections; that people who want to reform the election process for the good of the whole, not to control, and who care so deeply about the good of the whole and democracy that we give months and years of effort and expertise are "crazy" "bad" or "infiltrators"; that the People need to accept election outcomes, stories and dictums based on blind trust and spin have no place in Ohio. |
| 6 | Jason M Parry | I would urge SOS Brunner and Ohio AG Dann to review election laws and enforce them. It appears to be an open and shut case here.

| 7 | Ellie Inglesi | We know what happened. We will not go away. |
| 8 | Patricia Marida | If we believe in the rule of law, we must hold people accountable for their crimes. With no accountability, these crimes will continue to be committed, and we will lost our vote and our democracy. This is an extremely serious matter. |
| 9 | Gail Larned | Can we save Democracy in our own country? I believe we can by exposing the irregularities and outright fraud of the 2004 election. I voted for you. Are you going to honor your promises of the campaign or are you just like the bums we voted out? i hope not, otherwise what hope have we? |

| 11 | Holly C. Wendell | I wonder if I might have already signed this at the Free Press office when I saw the movie/documentary "Commander n Thief"?

It is about time that this fraud is revealed to the American public. |

| 15 | Victoria Parks | Never in our history is democracy more threatened than it is now. It is painfully obvious our elections are rigged. That is why we voted in Brunner and Dann (by even larger margins than the offical results). We want election integrity and transparency and right now we have neither. Even the democrats are being obstructionist. This has to change if democracy is not to perish from the Earth. |

Please investigate all the illegal behavior of the election officials that occurred. Thank you. |

| 20 | Joseph Davis | Remove all machinery from voting and have paper ballots hand-counted. Counting usually does not take that long, and there are almost always enough volunteers for ballot counting. |
| 21 | Eve Roberson | I am a former election administrator of many years who spent Dec. 2004 and part of Jan. 2005 in Greene County , OH uncovering and documenting election official fraud there. The long lines in the rain and wrongly disenfranchised voters shown on TV motivated me to make the trip to see for myself. |
| 22 | HERBERT davis | burn the machins....... |
| 23 | Robert Halfhill | |
| 24 | Karl Pavloff | We need to abolish all Electronic Voting Systems to preserve the accurate counting of our votes in this country. Fair and accurate elections are the foundation of maintaining a functioning democratic republic. |

| 28 | jeannine Jacobs | Dear SOS Jennifer Brunner,
Diebold was remiss in changing out software in 17 counties of CA on the GEMS systems (Opti-scanners), after the machines had been certified. Of course the County Clerks, who rely so heavily on the technicians from the company are so very trusting of whatever they may wish to do. We object to the underhanded way that this company has behaved in California. They even neglected to show up to an investigative committee hearing. This contempt of court was uncalled for. Now our Secretary of State has many new policies that improve the process and the security; yet, this particular issue has not been addressed, a there may be no record of what exactly they reconfigured or added after the certification process.
Personally, I object to our national and state elections being controlled by the proprietary source code of these vendors. I suggest a video-taped hand count of all paper ballots.
