| 109 | Elizabeth Miller | The limitation of free speech by the Fairness Doctrine is an encroachment on a free press and a free people. Indoctrination of our children through the public education system and groupthink, the ownership monopolies of the media moguls are real and prescient threats to free speech. If the Courts will not uphold free speech, how can the American people freely choose their leaders? |

| 131 | James McEnanly | If your ideas are valid, they will be able withstand comparison to competing ideas. Screening out such ideas can only lead to weak thinking. |
| 132 | Daryl L. Hunter | We expect a full on assault upon our constitution from you, there was a legitimate reason to get rid of the fairness doctrine.
You know the argument that was put fourth to get rid of it.
We will be very angry if you infringe upon our free speech and our free speakers.
By the time the fairness got through congress it would have to also apply to network television also as we all know it is liberal.
This could be an upside of the fairness doctrine if all news had to be conducted like fox with presenters of both sides of every issue. |

| 138 | phyllis caplan | The Fairness Doctrine is anything but fair. I urge the new president to not reinstate the Fairness Doctrine. |
| 139 | Anonymous | Elected Officials,
If you intend to revive the "Fairness Doctrine" than all forms of Media needs to be included. ABC, NBC, CBS & Fox all use the "Public Airwaves", Newspapers use public roads to deliver their products. To focus on one form of media, Radio, because it is a large voice of opposition is the height of elitism and smells of Fascism. Be very careful, the American People will not stand for it. |
| 140 | Anonymous | The "Fairness Doctrine" is a misnomer, as is the "Employee Free Choice Act". There is nothing fair, or free, about either. |
