Theresa HeitzIf you allow the Fairness Doctrine to be reinstated then you are in fact nothing but what I thought you were: a cheap socialist thug determined not to disagree with the opposition, but to destroy the opposition.

Daniel WienerAlthough I voted for a third-party candidate, I would hope that every President of the United States would respect the First Amendment rights of all citizens, and oppose any intrusions upon those rights such as the "Fairness Doctrine". In a free society the government should have no business regulating speech, especially political speech.
Mary C. MelanconWe all have the right to hear all parts of an issue before we make a decision.

Carol BarhamMy prayer is that we truly remain a democratic and free nation. There is none other like the USA in all the world. Freedom is the reason and why so much blood has been spilled by so many courageous soldiers to keep us free. Because we are free is the reason President Obama was elected.
Reggie BarhamI work long hours and talk radio and the freedom of speech is the only way I get to learn about what is going on in the wonderful USA. Please keep talk radio and free speech FREE.

Jim McCrackenI am a veteran of Vietnam and I believe in our freedoms. Enough so that I would fight again for them and encourage my children to do the same. This is truly the last Free Country on earth, lets keep it that way.

RebeccaNo Fairness Doctrine!
Frank MartinI have been making comments about the fairness doctrine to my representative for over a year and have been told that HE believes that journalists should be required to show both sides of a issue equally. What ever happened to the 1st amendment?
chris haneyThe fairness doctrine is clearly an attack on the conservative movement in this country and a very partisan issue(which you said you would have no part of during your campaign).
