Also, the Neville brothers, who also born n bred in Bury, and opened some of the hospital facilities. They are doing a great job with the New Childrens Hospital. Also, David Cameron. I know he has been in Bury quite a number of times and popped in to Fairfield quite a few times.

| 56 | Jackie Elwers | As Fairfield is the only hospital in Bury since Bury General closed down I think it is appalling that the maternity and Children's wards are to be closed down. The nearest hospitals are Rochdale and Crumpsall which are too far away. We need a general hospital in Bury with good maternity and paediatric facilities. |
