We sign this petition because:

a) we object to the NISA Board elections in May 2012 being rigged with forged ballot papers by Mike Petrouis (former Financial Director) who bought 200 memberships to pervert the result of legitimate members' votes. This allowed Mike to create a Board of Directors to his liking and put himself back on the Board in role of Honorary VP.

b) we object to the NISA Board allowing this to happen and not doing anything to reverse this miscarriage of justice. At the very least Mike should have been voted off the Board with a vote of no confidence by his behaviour to fulfill the role of Honorary Vice-President.

c) we object to Mike being invited to become the 2nd person of a 2 man committee that comprises the Finance Committee. This is particularly worrying as Mike owns Ice Media Productions which is a company in receipt of significant ongoing contracts from NISA. There should be more than 2 people on the Finance Committee and it should definitely not include someone with such a huge conflict of interest.

d) we insist that NISA removes Mike Petrouis from having anything to do with NISA Finances

e) we insist that NISA either audits the Elections of May 2012 and has a recount based on votes that don't include forged ballot papers, or that NISA holds a re-election immediately.

f) we insist that NISA does not continue with this charade of governance based on Mike's favoured management team on the Board.
