J.M. lied to the coaches of AYSO GU12 Region 98 and stacked his own time with a star player, Chloe _____. Their team has been undefeated since then, and Chloe is almost single-handedly responsible for their offense. JM's specific offenses: * claiming that Chloe is "unrated", and feigning to not know her strength -- after having coached her for 4 months on a club team, and making numerous phone calls to Chloe's mom, soliciting her participation * declining to pick up either of 2 late registrants even though he only had 11 on his roster; he encouraged other teams that already had 13 players to pick the late registrants We demand that JM make this right. Some suggestions: Either: (a) JM makes a public apology, and (b) releases Chloe from this league, or else to the team with the weakest record. ...or... (a) JM resign from AYSO permanently. Unfortunately, Chloe is caught in the middle. We don't have anything against her personally. She may be innocent, but her presence on the team is the source of pervasive dissatisfaction among ALL players and parents who are aware of the situation. JM has a club team, so he doesn't need this position. And AYSO certainly does not need this intentional and willful deceit and self-service.
