I was a permanent resident in The United states from 1987 to 1999. I was convicted and sentenced for 5 years. In result, I was ordered to deport from United States.I appealed my deportation order and bailed out on 15000 US $ bond. Later, appeal was denied after few month and I took volunteer deportation on March 2nd, 1999. Since then I am in Pakistan. I left behind a daughter in USA. She is born citizen in USA. She is 21 years old now. My daughter wants me to come-back USA and live there permanently. I would like to know if i am eligible to apply for a visa; or If my Daughter can file a petition for me in order to get my Green-Card back?
