Poor ticket sales are blamed for the cancellation of the Faenol Festival - called for the second time in as many years. The decision was announced by a "disappointed" opera star Bryn Terfel, who has backed the event near Bangor, Gwynedd. Last month the event was offered nearly £250,000 of assembly government money shortly after it was announced that over 30 arts organisations would have their funding cut. This £250,000 should now be shared between all of these arts organisations so that they can continue the great work that they do - especially with young people. ACT NOW TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!
