To: Mr. Mose Cartier The Financial Aid Department We, the Students of Coppin State University, have observed the imperative issue regarding the consistent lack of timely student service and financial assistance from the Financial Aid Department. We understand the difficulties that a small staff may face when serving a large number of customers, but the quality of service should be first-rate at all times. We ask that in your attendance at the Town Hall Meeting on October 14, 2011, at noon in the Talon Center, the Department submits a plan of action to rectify the situation and create solutions that are satisfactory to all parties.
