Name: Vijay Rajagopalan on Mar 19, 2004Country: INComments: i am an great fan of formula 1 and it is quite sad to not e that when andhra pradesh and karnataka which does not have a sound background in automobiles pitching for the event and stae like tamilnadu keeping mum on this issue. i am sure if jayalalitha goes forward and bids for the event we are certain to ge tit as narain and karun are from this state and moreover people like vicky have held very high positions in fia and has a good realtion with eccelstone. hope tn wakes up early unlike the it field wher eit has lost a lot of ground to ciites like bangalor e and hyd.Flag

Name: Krishnan Ramachandran on Apr 8, 2005Country: USComments: I definitely vote for F1 track in Chennai, because chennai is the happening place for F1 and no other state in India knows about the sport. Bangalore-what does the people of karnataka know sell coconut and just spit pan on the roads.People working for top IT companies in Bangalore are from TN. 2.Mumbai-just popularity and industrial centre of India nothing else. If a mumbaiite competes with a tamilian interms of education, sports etc, he would drowned by the impulsive force of tamilian. Im aggravated with their power in India Chennai-It is the only place where people studies and knows about every sport in the world. People from TN are cultured, they appreciate every sport, we gave standing applause to winning Pakistan and Australia during their respective test matches in chennai. Im confident that our CM, educated, unlike other CM of TN would definitely bid for F1 circuit in chennai which would bring prosperity to chennai and happiness to the people of TN and finally put TN in world map for sure. Im confident that F1 board by itself, understand the participation of TN drivers like narain, karun, visveswaran, untimately vote for F1 circuit in Chennai I greatly appreciate ipetitions effort to bring F1 circuit in chennai through im able to vote for it from NY City.Flag

The people in Chennai are not only passionate but also knowledgeable about F-1 racing. It would be a big mistake, economically as well as tactically, for the Tamil Nadu government to let F-1 go elsewhere.Flag
