This petition is intended to acquire signatures of fellow outdoor enthusiasts, who think Wisconsin's Inland Trout Season should open on January 1rst and end on October 15 th.  As of right now, Wisconsins streams shutdown from September 30th until the first Saturday of March.  I am tired of having to travel out of state and spend money in order to be able to trout fish.  I am aware of how trout spawn, and I believe opening the streams on January 1rst would have zero negative impact on the trout.  Please sign this so that we can let Wisconsin know how we feel about this topic!
