Name: Charmian Hughes on Jan 26, 2013Comments: we are so near and yet so far from central london. But every one of those four or five miles has to be traversed on sluggish buses. Peckham is a vibrant happening place, time to connect it properly to the tube system.Flag

Name: Delia Dunford-Swirles on Jan 26, 2013Comments: Look at the present tube map and check out the large gap that is this area of south east London; the new overgound railway line goes west-east and has removed one of our 2 routes to central London Victoria. We need the tube even more now!Flag

Name: Butler.denise on Jan 26, 2013Comments: Most definitely needed. The nearest underground station is Elephant and Castle - which is utterly ridiculous for those of us who live in Peckham, Brockley, Honor Oak areas. Come on guys - hurry up and sort this out.Flag

Name: Isabelle Reed on Jan 26, 2013Comments: I strongly support this Bakerloo line extension as it will provide much needed transport to this part of London. I think the option 1 from the tfl report I.e via Peckham rye common (no other station near the east Dulwich side of the park) and honor oak park would benefit the most people. It would clearly take the pressure off the national rail routes towards London bridge.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 26, 2013Comments: South London has always been under-served when it comes to the underground. When you look at how far out the tube goes North of the river vs South of the river you could almost get out into Sussex if the situation was reversed. A lot of people in Peckham and Camberwell have to travel to low-paid jobs that involve early starts or late finishes, which the tube could really help improve when it comes to the commute.Flag

Name: Emma Buckley on Jan 26, 2013Comments: Most definitely needed-on a daily basis trains from Peckham rye to blackfriars, London bridge and Victoria are so congested you can't get on. buses are time inefficient and full of school children travelling 1 or 2 stops. it's a nightmare commuting in south east London.Flag
