I see too many situations where lawyers will take advantage of a situations , by stalling, making the court impose it's ruling rather than allowing both parties to settle . While they stall men are forced to contribute huge amounts of his salary , even when the other partner in in a relationship. Things have to change , because the children become the ultimate tragedy When a child's loyalties are divided they are forced to take sides and no one has the right to force that on children . The courts need to look at both parties....if, for instance, the spouse with the children is in a new relationship and is financially stable, that should be considered when deciding how much the other party needs to pay. I am not saying the other parent is off the hook...they need to be accountable because of the children. Let's make at least make it fair.Flag
