Introduction: I am a 54 year old Woman trying to make a better life for myself, but with these cases, I have not been able to find employment, these case happened 19yrs ago. How long am I going to have to be persecuted and prosecuted over and over, I have not been able to find an Apartment for the 50+ I have worked most of my life and I would really like to get past this issue and move on with my life I have had some Misdemeanors several times, my life was not my own at the time, there was drug use alcohol use, Now I have been clean and sober for over 8yrs and getting better ever day, I just want to have a clean record so I can move on, if the Judges dismissed my cases than why am I still paying for my past crimes? I don't have the answer to that question but I know how I have changed my life for the better. Thanks Am asking that I be allowed to get an Expungement
