It is time for Sprint to take ownership in what they sell their customers. You buy these overly expensive smart phones, only to find out they don't work. You buy the insurance and then have to pay the 100.00+ deductibles for a phone that Sprint knew beforehand was a problem. It is time for Consumer Affairs or the Attorny General to hold them accountable. Any problem that you are having with your phone, you google it and it is a known problem for that product. Most of their phone are going to be in a repair store within the first few months of purchase. Then if it is replaced, after paying the deductible, they send you back a reconditioned phone. Something is seriously wrong with that senario. Please sign this petition if you have had these issues so that we can force them to be more accountable to their customers. #Sprint
