American living abroad are forced to file and pay taxes to a country in which they no longer reside. This is taxation without representation. This was the basis for the revolution by Americans against the English. The British imposed taxes on them even though they no longer lived in that country. This is exactly what has been done to expatriats. This is clearly unconstitutional and must stop. All who have paid taxes while living abroad are due the refund of their money.
