This petition is to bring to light to need to alleviate the constant traffic congestion of US 15 Northbound in Leesburg, VA. The recommendation is to expand US 15 Northbound to 2 lanes from Battlefield Parkway to Farm Ln, allowing more traffic to get out of city limits before merging to one lane and to have more time to merge.
