Comments: John Giuca deserves his right to a fair trial. I think the Fishers would want to see the real criminal pay for what has happened to their child and the innocent go free.

Comments: John Giuca is a scumbag who deserves to be executed, along with his lowlife co-defendant. His mother is a lowlife, whitetrash moron who proved nothing...I wish I would have had the the satisfaction of serving on that jury convicting this vile lowlife.

Comments: They say the the prosecution had three or four different theories of why this kid was guilty. It might not be the fairest way to convict him but I havent seen one story on why he is innocent. Not even his lawyers seem to think he is innocent they are just doing a job. Maybe prosecutors take cheap shots sometimes but it does not seem like this kid is innocent anyway. So, if they take cheap shots to keep the streets safe I think it is good

Comments: I once noted to a friend who served as a prosecutor that I would not wish to be up for trial even if I was innocent given her stellar success rates. She quipped that to get into her system they are all guilty of something if not the crime for which she prosecutes!

Comments: When I read the Vanity Fair article I was taken aback by whatthis woman had gone through to exonerate her son - Unconditional Love is expected with a parent and child. But what really impressed me is the Unconditional Love and Support her current husband has shown through this ordeal. It is obvious that John was wrongly convicted. He should be freed.

Comments: I believe that John is innocence from this crime. I know he did not or would not commit a crime such as this one. He is a good boy and he should be set free. If you knew him personally, you would know he could not have committed this crime. I hope and pray that justice would be serve by setting John free. He deserves to get a fair trial. I am 100% sure he would prove he is innocence if he has a new trial.
