In Excelsior Springs High School, students are not allowed to use cell phones in school at all. I want to change this, change this ridiculous rule. In other schools like, Raymore-Peculiar High School, students are allowed to use them only during lunch and passing time. Excelsior is too strict on their policy, please help me to get this message through and make Excelsior Springs High School give it's students a little more leeway.
