If you have htc EVO Shift and currently having the sense rebooting problem after the update! Help us make htc and Sprint fix the problem! Bellow is my introduction.... Hello, First let me introduce why I have created this petition. Being a loyal customer with Sprint for 5 years and after horrible experience with palm pre, I finally got my first htc android phone this april 2011. Everything was ok with the originally installed froyo 2.2 version until the gingerbread update. Now my phone is giving me the white htc screen or as I have found after hours of research online the "sense rebooting problem". Went to sprint store 5 times and got my phone exchanged with a refurbished one but the problem still persists. I use the phone heavily during work and this is just annoying problem when I need it. I have not rooted my phone and have no intent on doing so since I'm on the Sprint total equipment protection plan($8 per month). Many of the solutions I have found involve rooting your phone.......What am I paying for? Why is this problem being left unsolved for 5 months? Why is no consumer alert at Sprint stores? Why is this not addressed on htc support site by htc? enough is enough......
