Those who live on the third floor of 11445 in Rutherford Village have endured a barking dog for months. Since it's arrival people have offered help to the occupants of 311 in the form of training information and surgical procedures in the hopes that everyone could live together in peace. If the pet is registered with the office, a resident at Rutherford Village has the right to own. However, when this pet becomes a nuisance it is in everyone's best interest to fix the situation. There are multiple dog owners on this floor, none of which allow their pet to become annoying and controlling as 311 has. The office is aware of our concern over the continuous barking and have issued warning letters to both the tenants and owner of unit 311. This is obviously not enough to change the habits of these particular pet owners. The office has informed me that the dog issue will be discussed at the next Condo Board Meeting. I again feel this may not be a big enough step to control the situation. I ask that each occupant on the third floor of 11445 Ellerslie Road, Rutherford Village sign this petition to show the office, the Condo Board, and other residents that we are serious about the control of our lives!
