My neighbor has been constantly harassing myself for over a year and a half now -- it went from sexual harassment to harassment around my apartment.

At 3am in the morning on Sunday morning, he threw a large screw at my door.

Around 6pm in the evening of Monday, this man sliced my internet cable which caused me to be without internet for a day.

At 11:20pm on Wednesday night, he threw firecrackers at my window.

Each time, the police were called and notified but however, they kept stating that they need proof of these occurrences when I've seen two out of three of this issues occur.

Last year, he was asking for sexual favors from me and a few of my girlfriends when my girls and I would have a hang out night. He tried to make me babysit his pet, make me allow him to use my patio for his belongings and nights with girls that he finds.

My apartment office refuses to do anything about this issue, and the police state their hands are tied by lack of evidence on their side.

I need help in getting this man out and I need to feel safe in my home once again.
