Name: Aaron LaRocque on Dec 9, 2006State:Country: CAComments: It saddens me to think that money in the pocket is a higher priority to mankind that the health of not mine, not yours but "our" home the planet earth. Earth does not see generosity, nor does it welcome greed it only sees the destruction that we as man are doing to it's skies and the fact that business men and business women can line their pockets with money at the price of what their children and their children's children are going to be paying in the future makes me wonder if "man" truly is a superior species or not. GM for once, for once think outside of your raises, your promotions, your brand new car bonuses and think of this world. We may forgive you for your actions in life, but our world will not and by the time you come around to electric cars...it will simply be too late for us, and all the money you have can't buy us a new Earth!..and that saddens me the most.Flag

Name: Mary Pevehouse on Jan 7, 2007State: ALCountry: USComments: I hope one day to own an EV1, new or used. I just feel our dependence on fossil fuels will eventually lead to a nucleur war which will elliminate any need for power of any kind. The sooner the world finds a cheaper and cleaner way to survive, the better. With the ozone layer becoming thinner the possibilities of solar electric cars is quickly becoming a reality. With Ev's the possibility of seeing that reality may be sooner. Less dependence on oils will eleiminate the need to dominate the fuel markets of the world. The sun is a free gift of God and mankind is blunderously squandering this valuable asset. Thank You, Mary PevehouseFlag

Name: Aaron Jackson on Feb 19, 2007State:Country: CAComments: I'll take 3! If you won't provide them I'll buy a Zap from Brazil I guess. Inferior performance but at least they're going in the right direction for mankind. Taking the EV1 was a wreckless, irresponsible and backward step for mankind. Putting it (or a newer better version of it) back on the road would redeem my faith in humans and that we can actually do the right thing especially when we already have the knowledge to know better. Is Oil going to drive us to extinction or are we going to take control of the situation and advance our species to the next levelFlag

Me: Any plans to make it a plug in hybrid Him: Well, they are working on a cell-phone type battery for an all-electric car, but it's 10-15 years out. Me: *sigh* You fool. Have you even heard of the EV1Flag

Name: Anonymous on Apr 3, 2007State: OKCountry: USComments: Why is it that cars have not advanced technologically in the last 50 years while items like computers and the internet have evolved and changed our world The automakers and oil companys are just sucking our world (and our pockets) dry. Its time for the people to make a stand and try to protect our future.Flag
