We were & are annoyed by the anti-EU, anti-Euro & populist talk in general and recently, in Germany (where this has never been the case), France and the whole of Europe, and we want to launch a small, additional contribution to an intellectual "strike back" of European federalists. It is high time that the true Europeans stop to remain a silent majority - and among them those who want to proceed somehow to the United States of Europe should try to become a louder minority, if not a majority.
