Pecos Valley Bar & Grill is asking people to help bring a Night Club to the conrner of Mcgaffey and the new releif route in Roswell, NM. We are currently trying to rezone an area that is designed for commercial and light industrial development under Chaves county Comprehensive plan. The location will have a small store that sales liquor 7 days a week with a small deli for carryout. It will also have a 15,000 square foot night club that has Hip/hop and country in one location on Wednesday-Saturday night. We have had one public meeting that was held on May 3, 2011 and the ETZ Commission has voted no for the Project. We have appealed to the ETZ Authority for a public meeting to be held on May 31st at #1 St. Mary's Place. If you want a nightclub and not a bar to socialize and dance here in Roswell please sign the Petition.
