   Comments: This is something that needs to happen. The fact that Stephanie Sloop could be out in under 5 years is a very fearful fact indeed. This needs to also look at the laws of divorce where child custody is concerned. Had the Judges in Florida taken Joe Stacy's statements seriously, this little boy would still be alive. Let's get this stuff to stop! There needs to be harsher and mandatory sentencing for this type of crime.
