A similar question was posed to the Archbishop when he visited our parish. If my memory serves me right, an answer was provided by Deacon Claros in which he encouraged parishoners to start up their own special interest organizations to help specific interests within the Church. The Archbishop did not rebutt.
Non-profit organization for each Parish is a very smart thing to get into to address accountability, transparency, and control of donated funds in the way it is spent.
I wholeheartedly support the Parish-Based Non-Profit Organizations for our Church. I do not put money in the basket anymore during the collections. But I want to support our Lady of Lourdes.

I definitely want my contributions/donations to benefit my parish, not to further the Archbishop's agenda to place all parishes under the administration of RMS presbyters.
