The Express & Star have become a joke when it comes to the Premier League team situated within the same city. Over the years the paper has ensured it has lost the respect of the club and its fans. With negative slant on everything and constant attempts to turn the fans against the club. Today they ran a non story because someone on the internet said they didn't like Mick McCarthy co-commentating during the World Cup. We are not asking the paper to become happy clappers and nod along to the club but to promote the club in a positive manner, if there is a negative issue then to report it without having to resort to petty tactics.
