As everyone is well aware, the town of Boylston has not accepted the street so they claim that they are not responsible for plowing the streets or putting on our paid for street lights. You are also aware that they have been collecting and raising our taxes the past 4 years for gov't services. Pulte homes has plowed our neighborhood the past 3 years while the town has been collecting the payment for it. I believe that they also are avoiding holding a meeting to accept our street until after the winter months so they do NOT have to plow the street which cost the town lots of moiney that YES we already paid this years taxes for that!( From what I have been told) Pulte has done what the town has ask them to do to accept the street..we just need the date for them to accept! I believe we the home owners and the tax payers of the town of Boylston are due a rebate for past and future taxes for services not provided or refused to preform like every other tax paying home owner in this state .
