I believe that people in same sex relationships should have the choice to marry, the same as every other person in the UK. Yes, the LGBT community are thankful for the fact that being gay is no longer illegal, and I'm sure they're grateful for the right to enter a civil union, however, I believe that by not allowing same sex couples the right to a recognised marriage, it suggests to the rest of the country that they are different, and that if the government suppresses one of their rights, then hate speech and discrimination is okay.
