    Comments: I agree with above. I've been denied access to 2 sons for over 7 years, I've gone to see them, and talk with them when he (father) answers phone. Trying to reason with him before taking legal, to no avail yet. I feel he is afraid they may love me. Afraid of losing control. Boys need both parents in life, when possible, to love, bond and parent. The eldest does not have a positive response towards me. Something is terribly not right. Thank You.

    Comments: here in Nova Scotia I personally have been at the mercy of family court . separated and divorce for twenty years. my exwife and daughter who is twenty five years old are taking me to the cleaners using lies and an old garnishment which i believed to be closed to gain money from me the past two years every time we get to court they do something to delay things. The last time in court my lawyer had the garnishments stopped for now but nothing has been settled and iam still in limbo as to what will happen. My income is 18,500 per year thier's is 25000+ they get legal aid but i'm refused it.
