A huge glitch was found in the abortion and/or adoption rights given to females: It did not include males! This is unconstitutional! Which means that we must send a message to our Governor, Senators, and State Representatives Now! By signing this petition you are endorsing this latter in which to be given. Thank You America!
There is a serious problem in America's parent law. It is not equal among the sexes. Females are favored to have the option to withdraw from parenthood while males do not. This is unconstitutional because congress has said that it shall make no law favoring one sex over the other. Clearly this is favoritism to all women especially those that use this parental withdrawal as a option for reasons such as poverty, being too young, mentally incapacitated, or just feel they made a mistake. My question is can males also face the same situations? If so then why do they not have this option? This is not a case of male against female. This is about a equality issue. If a female can withdraw then so should a male. Males are forced to pay child support for children they do not want. This may sound a little distasteful but women that have children that they do not want have the option of abortion and the giving the baby up in adoption. The truth of the matter is that while all males are unfairly treated by this unfair law it is the poor that suffer the most. Yes, they are forced to pay child support. Even their unemployment checks are garnished. To a poor persons this is a serious problem. You can see that just about all the reasons our government enacted abortion and/or adoption law for the female some type of option should be given for the males too. The fact of the matter is the glitch that our government made by favoring the female over the male. It should be equal. Abortion is a parenthood withdrawal used by women. So is adoption. It stands to reason that males should also be given a option to withdraw.
