This year's UMNO General Assembly highlighted how far the road to true equality lies for Malaysians.
One of the brightest young leaders of our nation has called for the return of the New Economic Policy. Its an oxymoron considering it ended in 1990.
UMNO Youth has been acting as a rebel fundamentalist youth group for the past few years of its existence in this country where the majority strives to pursue the values of tolerance, peace and unity.
It is our duty as the youth of Malaysia to stand up and speak up against the leaders who threaten to undo all the progress made in the years since our Independence.
Hereby, we direct this petition to Datuk Hishammuddin Tun Hussein Onn and the members of UMNO Youth to remember our founding values. |
