Restraining order laws are dangerous and unfair to men

My name is John Baker and I am married to a woman with a mental illness who has over the last 15 years filed many restraining orders against me, and as many times as the court has dealt with her and I, they refuse to do anything to prevent abuse even though I have shown them many times that the restraining orders were without merit, When my wife is well and on her medications she is very sweet and caring and takes very good care of me, but when the illness gets out of control she is a different person, I have met many men who have been the victims of this unbalanced, unfair and, in my estimation; unconstitutional(as written) law, we need to restore fairness and balance to the law (and also state and local laws), by adding penalties for lying to the courts and deliberately misrepresenting the truth in order to hurt someone or gain an unfair advantage, Filing false police reports is already illegal, lets make them enforce the law.
