Presentation of a fine, fee, or ticket to an American Citizen will be equalized, outside of local, state, or federal jurisdiction, to reflect a sliding scale. The scale will be based upon the definable income and well-holdings, of the individual fined, in direct jurisdiction of the Internal Revenue Service from the most previous year. (If none, then the individual will serve community service only.) This is to say that any citizen fined, charged a government fee, or ticketed by police, will pay only based upon one's INDIVIDUAL income level and not per the local jurisdiction or government protocal. The individual will be treated as just that, no matter what race, religion, gender-preference, or class. This effort is based upon the fact that morality is distinct from privilege even within the parameters of Capitalism or Socialism. It is based upon the reality of financial achievement as divorced from morality, having nothing to do with financial gain by the party/parties who are placing fees, fines or tickets upon the individual. This petition is requesting that all individuals be feed, fined or ticketed without preference to the privilege of legal council and be based upon a sliding scale of provable income level.
