آثار سوء اجتماعی قوانين تبعيض آميز عليه زنان در تمامی سياستگذاريها و قانونگذاريها مورد توجه قرار گيرد
تمامی قوانين تبعيض آميز کيفری از جمله نصف بودن ديه، شهادت و ... اصلاح شود
هر چه زودتر نمايندگان مجلس طرح مربوط به برابر کردن ديه زنان و مردان را در مورد تمامی جنايات تهيه و تدوين کنند
We the undersigned, demand that:
1- All negative social effects of discriminatory Anti-women laws in ALL
policymaking processes are reviewed.
2- All discriminatory criminal laws, namely the inequality of \"DIEH\" and
women\'s testimonials in courts are overhauled.
3- Members of parliament pass the necessary laws to make \"DIEH\" for men and women equal in all Iranian criminal penal codes AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
