We want equal rights to 15% maximum Federal Income Tax as is available to those who can afford to have capital gains investments or have them pay the same Income Tax as everyone else.  Article 1, Section 8, stipulates that the purpose of tax is to provide for the general welfare and that means all of us.  Money is fungible.
