After a petition created last year, which many people signed, I have decided to create another one as the last one, unfortunately had no result. For the past couple of years the BBC coverage of BDO dart majors have declined to just four sessions of this years world championship - this is wrong, and ESPN have now picked up coverage of the rest of the tournament and Exclusive coverage of the Winmau World Masters and not everyone can afford a 'Premium Sports Channel' and I nearly came under this last October when a friend and team-mate qualified for the telivised stages of the Winmau World Masters - after searching around I could not find a pub or a friend who subscribed to ESPN and had to convince my step-mum to subscribe to see his game when in previous years it would have been on the BBC.

My Issues are:

- Ladies coverage has been reduced to The World Championships final and this is not enough considering they do the same travelling as the men, for less prize money and coverage which is wrong and sexist and needs to be sorted now.

- Expansion of the ladies field to at least 12 players (preferably 16 for fairness) at the Lakeside World Championships, why should less players qualify?

- One tv channel to show coverage of the Majors (preferably a FREE channel)

- Fair crack to all participants (Cullen v Atkins game WASNT televised for the mens) and ESPN games had intervals at 2nd Set whereas BBC didnt...

Any questions can be put to me by email (blkblk@hotmail.co.uk) [Bradley Kirk] - if the creators of the petition see this I will be willing to add their details and add them as 'Admins'

BDO is meant to promote Fairness to all competitors - yet this isn't the case...
