The President of the United States, the Congress of the United States, the Supreme Court Justices of the United States and all Federal employees shall be covered by the same level of benefits that is required, under Federal law, for the ordinary citizens of the United States. That is to say that the Affordable Insurance Act(Obamacare) will be required for all of the above as it is required for the ordinary citizen and business. In addition, the current excessive retirement programs offered elected and appointed Federal officials will be reviewed, revised and changes implemented to establish the same criteria for investment in the program and the same paid benefit level as provided the average Federal employee. In essence and in fact, Congress shall not develop and pass and the President shall not sign into law any Federal program or benefit that does not include all elected and/or appointed Federal officials and exceeds the cost or benefit made available to the ordinary United States citizen.
