    Comments: It is obvious that the people of the Caribbean are not yet satisfied that the EPA will be in their countries' development interest, and as a matter of respect and responsibility to them, the governments of the Caribbean have a duty to revisit the issue in greater detail, and do what has to be done to bring the people's views on board in the process. In any case, given the grave doubts that have surfaced and continue to surface, the proposal for a 3-year review option is very reasonable, and should constitute one of the cornerstones of the guiding principles of the Agreement. Let us respect real democracy and open up the process again, something which obviously was not done in the first place. DONNA
