I would like to express my support of the International School of Modern Technology and state my intention to enroll my child(ren) pending charter approval. It is also recognized that the charter application is still in process and that there is no certainty of offered grade levels at this time. By signing this form there is no obligation to enroll should the resulting arrangements not meet the needs of my child(ren).
